Please describe your lifestyle. ie, Retired, working full time, part-time, etc.
Please let me know what type of Doberman you prefer (Companion, Show, Performance). If you choose Show or Performance please describe any previous background in those areas.
Please list any other pets you have and if they are spayed or neutered.
Do you have a preference of color or sex?
Would you be willing to purchase a puppy over 6 months?
Can you provide a vet reference?
